What is the purpose of this women's empowerment group?

Our group aims to create a supportive community where women can connect, share experiences, and empower each other to achieve personal and professional growth.

Who can join this group?

Our group is open to all women regardless of age, background, or profession. We welcome diversity and believe that every woman has something valuable to contribute.

Is there a fee to join?

Currently, there is no fee to join our core group. VIP membership is a monthly fee of $10 which gives discounts to some special events or workshops which may have associated costs. But we always strive to keep these affordable or offer scholarships.

How often does the group meet?

We have regular monthly meetings, typically on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Additional events and activities may be scheduled throughout the month.

What happens in a typical meeting?

Our meetings usually include a mix of discussions, guest speakers, skill-sharing workshops, and networking opportunities. Wind Down Wednesdays Remix hosted by Queen Nicole, Queen Natasha and Queen Kia meets once a month at locations in the community. Our book club component led by Queen Trisha and Queen Kia meetings are TBD.

I'm shy/introverted. Will I feel comfortable in this group?

We strive to create a welcoming environment for all personalities. Participation in discussions is always voluntary, and we offer various ways to engage, inculding smallerbreakout groups and one-on-one mentoring.
